I began my career at a young age, which provided me with opportunities for growth within the industry. Initially, I started in installation and later transitioned to service roles.

Throughout my career, I have primarily worked in the service department, which has honed my customer-focused approach.

Most of my professional experience has been with multinational companies, enabling me to develop the necessary skills to effectively manage a service team and meet customer expectations.

In my leisure time, I enjoy spending quality moments with my family and friends. Additionally, watching movies is a hobby of mine.
