Whilst we of course look to meet all of our planned maintenance visits, due to the nature of our business being very reactive, on occasions we do have to cancel visits. However, we look to keep this eventuality down to a minimum and we continually monitor our cancelled visits to ensure that if we have to cancel 1 visit, we ensure that the next visit is always met. We can confirm that we are currently operating our planned visits with a success rate of over 95%
