What are your response times for callouts?

Our standard response times are 1 hour for a trapped passenger both during normal working hours and also outside these times 24 hours a day. For routine breakdowns are response times range between 2 or 4 hours. We can agree special bespoke time frames for certain sectors such as Hotels Hospitals and care facilities however these must be agreed within the contract.
