No, we always aim to attend site Free-of-Charge to perform a survey of your lift/s so that we can offer the correct advice. A member of our Sales team will also be available for a site or video meeting. However, if a site survey is not possible, we will always offer an option to proceed matters that in a timely and honest fashion.
Whilst we of course look to meet all of our planned maintenance visits, due to the nature of our business being very reactive, on occasions we do have to cancel visits.
