We will always strive to have the same NVQ Level 3 lift engineer performing the routine PPM visits to ensure familiarity with the equipment and site. However, in certain circumstances this cannot always be met due to a variety of reasons such as sickness, emergency callouts, delays on previous jobs. We do however communicate fully with our clients and can offer to either dispatch a different engineer on in fact re arrange the visit so that the regular engineer can attend on another agreed date.
Whilst we of course look to meet all of our planned maintenance visits, due to the nature of our business being very reactive, on occasions we do have to cancel visits.
